Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how Curran Homes North East, a trading name of Curran Property (NE) Limited ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through this website. We keep it short because we don't collect much.

Who we are

Curran Property (NE) Limited is a property company registered in England, operating in the North East of England. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy using the contact form on our homepage.

What we collect and why

The only personal information we collect through this site is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. That might be about selling a property to us, buying one of our homes, working with us as a trade or supplier, or anything else you've asked about. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest, namely responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us.

What we don't do

Who processes your data

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers your message to us. Formspree acts as a data processor and handles your submission in line with its own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Netlify, which may collect standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log requests to serve the font files.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years, unless your enquiry leads to a transaction, in which case relevant records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data improperly. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on our homepage.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
